I think this is a big part of why insurance is so expensive and premiums continue to rise. This is a great step forward and will help alleviate costs in Tennessee but this is only one state. We need to provide affordable access to doctors throughout the US in order to help reduce the costs of health care. If every American could be provided with one yearly exam a year, I think we could reduce no only unneeded ER visits but catastrophic illnesses through preventive medicine.
