Angry Too high and unexpected

I find it very frustrating going to the doctor or hospital because you are not advise about the price prior to getting treated. If has been my experience that I find out in the mail several months later and it is usually really high. It would be really cool if Doctors had a website where you can put in your insurance information and be able to calculate everything prior to going in.

Default Agreed

I totally agree. It seems that whenever I go to the doctor, they ask me for my insurance provider but they never let me know beforehand how much the visit is going to cost me. This is how many people end up having high medical bills that they cannot afford and in the end do not pay it off. It would be really helpful if they would let the patients know beforehand so that way, they are able to see if they can afford the visit. This way people are not in a way taking free visits and are able to see the reality of how much they will have to pay.

Most medical offices are not able to calculate a price before the visit other then a new patient evaluation or general office visit. Why, because they do not know what procedures the doctor will do.

Medical bills are too high but more affordable rates can be negotiated after the billing or discounted before. Visit me at http://DiscountMyMedicalBill.com

This is a common issue and obviously it puts a lot of people off from visiting the doctors when they really need to. Its hard to be able to tell how much any given medical treatment is going to end up costing a person because the rates change so much all around the country. The only real solution (in my opinion) is to form a lasting relationship with your doctor, and then at least you'll be in a position to trust them when they give you an estimate and know they will do the best to give you a good deal.
